HEHD 8030 Creative and Ethical Leadership in a Changing Society

The collaborative artifact that I have selected for Creative and Ethical Leadership in a Changing Society is a group project titled Developing Employees, that I was fortunate to be a part of producing. This project displayed the importance of working with current employees to help them to continue to develop job related skills and the importance of retaining staff members. The project points out a variety of reasons why building up employees can be beneficial to an organization.

This artifact will be very helpful to me in the future, because as a youth development leader, it is essential that I work with youth development professionals to help them grow in the work that they are performing with young people. By doing so, i will be benefitting not only the employee, but also  the organization, and ultimately, the youth we serve.
