HEHD 8040 Assessment & Evaluation

 

The artifact I am sharing is the evaluation plan that I developed for a summer in program for teens. This artifact had a great deal of significance for me, because it was designed for my current place of employment (MissionSAFE). For this assignment, I designed a qualitative assessment to determine the impact that individual placements have on MissionSAFE participants.

 

In preparing this project I gained insight about how to develop reliable and valid assessments.  This project will be beneficial in my professional life because we will actually be able to administer this assessment this summer, and as a result can improve the services that are provide at MissionSAFE.
