HEHD 8020 Youth Development Programming

I have selected a document titled Logic Model for my Youth Development Programming artifact. This assignment was helpful because it allowed me to practice planning a progam with intentionality and measureable outcomes. Having developed logic models professionally prior to this course, it was very affirming for me to see that concepts that were taught in this course were consistent with my previous work.

This artifact will be very helpful to me in the future as I will be involved with program planning, and as a youth development leader I want to ensure that the programs I develop are high quality. Additionally, the trend in youth development funding is to utilize measurable outcomes, so being proficient in developing logic models is a critical skill.
