HEHD 8030 Creative and Ethical Leadership in a Changing Society

 

To represent what I learned in Creative & Ethical Leadership in a Changing Society, I have selected the Leadership Case Study.  This paper is based on a real organization and discusses the weaknesses the leadership style of an executive director named Nancy.

 

I consider this artifact to be one of the most important in my ePorfolio, because it not only points out the shortcomings of the leadership of the organization, but also offers three options for improvement.  As leaders, it is incumbent upon us to not only diagnose problems, but also to develop a plan for improvement.  I entered the Youth Development Leadership program at Clemson University to increase my capacity as a leader in the context of a youth serving organization.  Preparing this assignment was an enriching step towards that goal.
