HEHD 8020 Youth Development Programming

I have selected a paper titled Program Development Plan as a collaborative artifact for Youth Development Programming.  The project required students to create a youth program for an organization, developing all essential elements, including community assessment, rationale, logic model, budget, budget narrative and marketing plan. This project was beneficial to me, because it required me to apply youth development programming concepts that we discussed in class, in a practical "real world" manner.  Additionally, the project challenged us to consider the connectivity of all elements of a youth program.

This project will be very helpful to me in the future as I will reference it when I have to create or develop a program.  It will support my future efforts to develop budgets, marketing plans, etc. It was very helpful to see how all of the components of the project tie together.
