HEHD 8090 Management of Staff and Volunteers

I have chosen my "SWOT" Analysis Paper as an artifact for HEHD 8090 Management of Staff and Volunteers.  This paper required that I evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an organization.  This project was helpful to my development because it caused me to think comprehensively about the organization.

This project was a "real life" application of a skill that was discussed in class and will help me in the future, because I have gained a valueable tool that I can use to help evaluate all programs that I am involved with.  I enoyed this project because it was the first time I had an opportunity to conduct a complete "SWOT" analysis by myself.
